Aluminum
All aluminum components are smooth finish high strength alloy 6063-T6 extrusions unless otherwise noted. Aluminum feedstock contains recycled aluminum.
Tops
All top surfaces are .080" thick with integral stiffener ribs and have 1 1/2" profile edge. End caps are heavy gauge and have high impact cast corner inserts which will absorb abuse from frequent setup and take down. Table tops will not crack or warp after extended usage or exposure to heat, moisture or sunlight. Tables have permanent scratch-proof stacking bumpers attached to the legs to prevent damage when stacking. Table corners will withstand a drop squarely on edges/corners from a height of 24" at any temperature without splitting apart, cracking, or creating sharp corners. Tables will not emit toxic fumes, gases or smoke in high temperatures related to a fire (passes California Fire Code 133). Tops will not conduct electrical current. Rectangle & Square Table Tops
End caps are heavy gauge aluminum, which will take abuse from frequent set-up and take down.
Round Table Tops
Table perimeter utilizes an aluminum anodized band capable of withstanding frequent usage.
Load Capacity
All table tops will support up to 4,000 lbs. of distributed weight. All aluminum leg styles are tested to exceed 2,000 lbs. of direct weight on each leg.
Legs
All legs are aluminum and welded together for strength, then attached to the table with zinc-plated bolts and nuts. All leg styles, except adjustable H, are a standard 29" height. Legs will never rust. Powder-coat paint in Mineral Bronze color is applied for finishing.
Wishbone Leg Style
Wishbone folding legs are 16 gauge heat-treated aluminum 1 1/4" diameter shaped into the wishbone pattern for maximum leg room.
H & Roman II Leg Styles
The H and Roman II folding legs are 1 1/2" square aluminum with .065 wall thickness for additional strength.
Individual Folding Leg Style
The individual folding legs are 1 1/2" square aluminum with .065" wall thickness. These legs are standard on the study tables and card tables.
Adjustable H Leg Style
The adjustable H folding legs are 1 1/2" square aluminum with .065" wall thickness. These legs are standard on the Alulite™ children's table and are optional on other models. Each leg adjusts in 1" increments from 16" to 24" on the children's table and from 24.5" to 34.5" on other models.
Pedestal Base
Spider leg top and bottom are cast iron and are connected via a steel thru-bolt with nut encased in a 4" diameter steel tube. Bottom comes with adjustable nylon glides. Pedestal is available in 30" or 42" height.
